But finding a practice you want to stick with has been tough. So many classes emphasize external performance rather than internal sensation, leaving you feeling frustrated and unmotivated. Shakti Glow is a class for EVERY BODY that puts you in charge of your practice. With a blend of techniques from Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa, and Qigong, including breath work, spinal movement, strength building and stretching flows, mantra and free dance, Yoga Glow invites you to uncover the radiance, power, and vitality that has always been within you. Come as you are—no experience or expectations necessary. Go forth and shine your Light. Instructions: Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to set up your mat, log in, and get settled. If you have any injuries or health concerns, please let the instructor know before class begins Please arrive with your camera on or off - yogi’s choice. For the best experience, please use earbuds or earphones while practicing. Class Details: Thursdays at 10am EST Class duration is 60 minutes
